In Search of Our HumanityTour ReadySboNdaba DanceSouth Africa

SboNdaba Dance – In Search of Our Humanity takes you on an emotional journey through South Africa's evolution. From the ancient, free-roaming Khoisan ancestors in "If Our Ancestors Could Speak" to the struggle for unity in "Brotherhood," it showcases the nation’s growth. The finale, "Unwritten Messages," speaks through movement, gestures, and trust, revealing the challenges of today’s fragile unity. It’s a vibrant celebration of culture, resilience, and the shared humanity that binds us all together.

Choreographed by award-winning, Artistic Director, Sbonakaliso Ndaba, the work has been presented previously on separate platforms. For PACE, they will be interwoven; together, they will highlight the dynamic ebb and flow of unwritten communication in the lives of communities.SboNdaba Dance builds professional capacity and platforms for the underdeveloped performing arts industry, specifically focusing on community performers and arts organisations of the townships.
